About Arara Central Asia

Who we are and where we started

Arara Central Asia was established in 2018 as a branch office of Arara Tour Armenia. We are a small group of enthusiastic people who recently joined the ambitious travel professionals of Arara Tour. We don’t have a lifelong history behind but managed to succeed in making balanced itineraries and having gratitudes and smiling travelers. We enjoyed all the main sites of the majestic region called Central Asia and are eager to share with you our experience. Central Asia is a land of spectacular contrast of endless deserts, lush forests, serene lakes and towering snow-covered Tien-Shan and Pamir peaks. Blue domed ancient cities with azure ornaments, vibrant bazaars full of colorful ceramics and silk are another highlight taking one to the times of the ancient Silk Road. Here are the reviews our travelers left on our Google and TripAdvisor pages.

We at Arara Tour are eager to understand travelers' requirements from all over the world and be aware of travel trends. We are a member of the main travel associations to share information about Arara and be closer to our travelers.

Adventure Travel Trade Association is a global network that has an impact on adventure travel around the world. Our membership was determined due to the fact that Arara is one of the leading local adventure travel organizers.

The United States Tour Operators Association aims to foster a high level of professionalism within the tour operator industry. Aiming to reach the European standards of services we've joined the USTOA.

Australian Federation of Travel Agents is the official organization that represents the majority of travel agents in Australia. Our membership in AFTA ensures our Australian clients that they will feel as comfortable as possible while traveling with us.

Responsible Travel Organization aims to encourage the travel industry to take into account environmental issues and promote responsible tourism. Sharing these aims we've joined the organization and are trying to minimize the negative impact of tourism on local natural and cultural environments.

Quality assurance (QA)

We continuously work on the quality of the service we provide and improve it with the help of monitoring, numerous trainings/ workshops for our tour managers. This guarantees easy communication and tour planning. We have 24-hour email answering policy, so no emails stay without answer more than a day, except for weekends and public holidays. We monitor the service we provide: accommodation, food, transport, guides’ and drivers’ service and simply made contracts and policy working with Arara. Thus our service quality is protected by numerous contracts, rights and obligations.
