Zenkov Cathedral - St. Nicholas Cathedral - Musical Instr. Museum - Bazaar
This day will be devoted to the full exploration of Almaty city. It is the former capital of Kazakhstan and one of the largest settlements in the country. Your sightseeing program will include the main sights of the city: Panfilov Park, Zenkov Wooden Cathedral, St. Nicholas Cathedral, National Musical Instruments Museum, Central State Museum, Almaty's Green Bazaar and an observatory. Panfilov Park is probably the most popular recreation area of locals. In Almaty Green Bazaar you will plunge into real Asian atmosphere; its shelves offer smoked fish, spices, medicinal herbs, cheeses, sausages and enormous hunks of fresh meat among which the main place belongs to horsemeat. Here you will find such unique national products as kymyz (fermented horse milk) and shubat (fermented camel milk). TRIP REVIEWS (2)

Edward Thomas

We want to thank for the well-organised tour to our tour operator Lusine who were always ready to help us during our tour. She chose comfortable and beautiful hotels for us. Also, we were followed by the honest and friendly guides with interesting information: Anastasia in Kyrgyzstan, Bobozhon in Tajikistan, Shukhrat in Uzbekistan and Jennet in Turkmenistan. Our drivers were experts in impassable areas, especially driver in Kyrgyzstan because there were dangerous roads that we thought we couldn’t pass. We had flights wherever possible to substitute for long driving, aircraft were modern and on schedule. Our favourite part was in Bukhara, especially its architectural ensembles of various times standing next to each other, which creates an incredible scene of a fairytale. We met and communicated with many people in markets and in craft shops. We will recommend this company to our friends and relatives!
Yours sincerely,
Edward and his team

Sarah Williams

Hello Sati,
I would like to say that the 5-Stans tour was wonderful as it had been billed to be. It was an excellent tour and I enjoyed every aspect of it. The sights were incredible. Thanks to our Kazakh and Turkmen guides for making our trips of these two incredible countries the best and memorable. Guides and drivers were knowledgeable and very responsible, so we got everywhere, saw and gained everything. Hotels were very nice with panoramic views, but we weren’t satisfied only with the hotel in Tajikistan, it’s not suited to the standards what we asked. Thank you, Sati, for the excellent tour - it was truly magnificent!
Best of Luck,
Sarah
